1. Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change. Under this policy, cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order for our Mock Test Series or related courses. Once this timeframe has passed, the order is considered final as digital access is immediately granted.

2. Discrepancies and Defective Services

We take pride in the quality of our educational content. However, if you encounter any issues:

• Defective Service: In case of receipt of damaged or defective digital service (e.g., inaccessible portal, unresolvable technical glitches), please report this to our customer service team. This should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the service. The request will be entertained once our team has checked and determined the validity of the issue at our end.
• Service Not As Expected: In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product/service access. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

3. Double Payments and Technical Glitches

If you have been charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, network issue, or payment gateway glitch, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount.

• You must report the double payment to our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
• You must provide valid proof of transaction (e.g., bank statement, transaction IDs, or payment receipts showing both charges).
• Once verified, the duplicate amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Third-Party Products and Manufacturer Warranties

In case of complaints regarding any third-party physical products or tools that come with a warranty from their respective manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note that refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of purchase.
• If the user account is suspended due to violations of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing login IDs, scamming).
• If a user fails to clear the C-TET examination, as we provide practice tools but do not guarantee exam results.
